New Spirit Group provides a range of consulting services to businesses in the premium and branded goods sector.
We are executives with hands-on experience at the highest level across multiple geographies in a range of companies from publicly quoted to smaller niche businesses.
In all our work, we seek to build long term relationships with management teams and owners as we believe this creates the most value for our clients.
We only provide services in areas in which we have deep expertise, gained through our own experiences in the industry. These include:

For situations in which our expertise needs to be complemented, we can provide access to our strong network of specialists.
We work on a retainer or on a fee per project basis:
- Retainers: when we look to build a relationship over a significant period during which we can have a real impact on driving and implementing solutions and provide ongoing advice across a range of subjects.
- Projects: we address specific issues and provide a robust, realistic analysis and result-focused plan for action and management. When desired we can remain involved in any subsequent implementation of the plan.
